The use and creation of kombucha fungus is said to originate in China over 2000 years ago, consumed by emperors of the Qin dynasty.  Kombucha cultures are known to contain positive microorganisms beneficial to gut health and general wellbeing.


1 teaspoon per cup (200-250ml). This tea is well enjoy warm, best brewed at a temperature of 75-80°c for 1-3mins. Also makes for a wonderfully fragrant iced tea, enjoy over ice with fresh cut fruits.
